Modification & cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be sent to the registration department by email at: [email protected]
The reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:
Individual registrations:
- Cancellation until 15 days before the congress ➜ full refund
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the congress ➜ 50% refund
Modification & cancellation policy for sponsor registration
In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:
- Cancellation until 11 August 2025 ➜ 100% refund
- Cancellation from 12 August to 12 November 2025 ➜ 50% refund
- Cancellation from 12 November 2025 ➜ no refund
